Willson Academy
Willson Academy opened its doors for the first time in September 2005. We now have over 200 children participating in classes that range from Ballet, Modern, Tap, Street, Acting and Cheer to Show Class and Musical Theatre. I am supported by a fantastic team of professional and enthusiastic teachers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in their particular genre. We have completed 18 exam sessions with 100% pass rates.

Performance opportunities are integral to our curriculum. Every three years, our entire school participates in shows, and we showcase production numbers at esteemed venues like Her Majesty’s Theatre and The O2 with West End Dreams. Students are also encouraged to audition for other professional productions, refining their skills further.

Miss Willson of Willson Academy of Performing Arts is a passionate, caring and an inspiring teacher to my daughter. My daughter is in year 10 and has been dancing since 3 years old, now in her 12th year of lessons, my daughter’s love for dance hasn’t wavered. The dance shows are a highlight for her and she has also loved the summer dance Musical Theatre school, where she helps as a student teacher. We are very lucky to have such a fantastic local dance school!
